With its emphasis on strength & flexibility this power yoga class is a great, low impact, full body workout that promotes overall wellness. I aim to help improve cardiovascular output, physical fitness, posture, firmness, mental focus & relieve tension in the students body.

This gentle, specialized yoga class will focus on the areas of the body which are prone to causing back pain such as tight hamstrings, core strength, correcting posture & opening the hip muscles which tend to to pull on the lower back.
