Class Description
This gentle, specialized yoga class will focus on the areas of the body which are prone to causing back pain such as tight hamstrings, core strength, correcting posture & opening the hip muscles which tend to to pull on the lower back.

Who Is This Class For?
A weak core & poor posture are two really common contributing factors to lower back aches & discomfort. Tight hips & hamstrings are also prone to causing back pain by pulling on the lower back muscles. During this specialized yoga class we will focus on flexibility & core stability, correcting posture, and breathing—all of which are necessary for a healthy back.
