For those that fear standing up on a paddle board! Everyone can paddle board whether that means sitting, kneeling or paddling prone with your hands!!! SUP is extremely versatile & can be tailored to suit anyone regardless of age, fitness level or experience! Let's over-come your fear with a lesson in a supportive environment, where safety is the #1 priority.

Everyone can Paddle Board! SUP is extremely versatile & can be tailored to suit anyones regardless of age, fitness level or experience! After taking this lesson, students will feel confident to go on the water independently, will paddle more efficiently & know they will be safe all while having fun on their paddle board!

For those with or without yoga experience but new to SUP Yoga. I encourage those who are brand new to SUP to take a basic skills lesson prior to this workshop however it is not mandatory. As long as you are confident on your board to paddle independently you are welcome to join SUP Yoga for beginners.

This 75 min. class is designed for those who are fairly new to SUP & Yoga. You are still developing your comfort level on your paddle board & are seeking a gentle yoga class to enjoy the water while outdoors. There are little to no standing poses in this class.
