SUP Yoga Beginner

Skill Level Required:

For those with or without yoga experience but new to SUP Yoga. I encourage those who are brand new to SUP to take a basic skills lesson prior to this workshop however it is not mandatory. As long as you are confident on your board to paddle independently you are welcome to join SUP Yoga for beginners.

Age:

Workshop is geared for adults but youth 14 + up are welcome.

Pre-Requisites:

Must be able to swim & wear a life jacket while paddling to & from Yoga location

Paddle Board, Paddle *Please note at this time I only have 1 extra Board & Paddle for Private sessions. Please contact to discuss rental options if needed.

I am based out of Okotoks, Alberta & have access to our community lake at Crystal Shores. I am willing to travel to your lake community within Calgary if you are able to put a small group together of 4 or more. We can also travel to the rockies for an even greater experience!
