Introduction Workshop to learn all about SUP Yoga!

Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga is adaptable for ALL skill levels & yoga experience! Whether you're fairly new to SUP or never tried Yoga, I will make sure you are safe, have fun & reap all the benefits of both!

Who Is This For?

Everyone can paddle board & yes....everybody can enjoy yoga too! SUP & Yoga are both extremely versatile & can be tailored to suit your needs, age &/or fitness level. This introduction workshop is for those who are comfortable standing up & paddling on their board & are ready to try SUP Yoga for the FIRST time. No previous yoga experience is required!

What to Expect?

We start on land by reviewing SUP Safety, equipment & terminology to ensure everyone is comfortable before heading out on the water. Once on calm waters, we begin to experiment with basic grounding poses to help build confidence. Movement is VERY slow as we practice mind/body connection to keep our balance. Ample time is also provided to sink into the pose & enjoy the sound & feel of the water & surrounding nature!

Time will fly by before you even know it! You'll leave feeling absolutely amazing & relaxed, longing for the next time!
