Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga is adaptable for ALL skill levels & yoga experience! Whether you're fairly new to SUP or never tried Yoga, I will make sure you are safe, have fun & reap all the benefits of both!

Who Is This For?

Everyone can Paddle Board & yes, everybody can enjoy yoga! SUP & Yoga are both extremely versatile & can be tailored to suit anyones wants, needs, age or fitness level. This class is for those who are comfortable standing up & paddling on their own & who have some experience with yoga &/or SUP yoga to feel confident joining a class on the water.

What to Expect?

This SUP Yoga class will provide each individual the time, attention, support, patience & encouragement required to feel safe & comfortable on the water while experimenting with different positions on your board. You can expect slow transitions from one pose to another. Poses will include seated, all fours, prone & supine with very little (if any) standing.

Time will fly by before you even know it! You'll leave feeling absolutely amazing & relaxed, longing for the next time!
