Who Is This For?
What to Expect?
Students can expect a power-vinyasa-flow class while on your paddle board. It will include standing postures such as warrior II, lunge, twisted chair etc. There will be NO "one point of contact" balancing poses in this class. (If you ever try to balance on one foot on a paddle board you will understand why this is left for a master class of it's own!)
Yoga is MUCH more challenging on water! We will focus on mind-muscle connection, awareness & building confidence within.
