Surrounded by snow capped mountains, Bow Lake is a large, turquoise color, glacier fed lake with winds which can create choppy waters. The SW end has a beautiful forested shoreline for experienced paddlers to explore.

Novice & experienced paddlers can practice SUP yoga safely by anchoring a safe distance from shore at the Day Use Area or Numti Jah Lodge during early mornings or evening when the water is calm.

A hidden gem, close to Banff. The area itself is very scenic, spacious & wonderful for families. The water is warmer than most other mountain lakes, crystal clear & calm!

The perfect accessible location for beginners to safely learn how to stand up paddle board - kids too! Whether you are new to SUP Yoga or have experience, this is a wonderful spot to gather for a SUP Yoga class.

Herbert Lake is surrounded by forest & mountains however you can catch a glimpse of it from the Icefields Parkway. The water is so calm it looks like glass. The sunrise & sunset are both equally stunning!

A very tranquil & beautiful place to practice SUP Yoga or take a SUP lesson if you are new to paddle boarding.

A calm mountain lake, snuggled among some of the oldest firs in Alberta with picturesque views of Mount Rundle & Cascade Mountain. Easy access with a sandy beach & picnic tables available to enjoy a full day!

A picturesque place to learn how to paddle board or try SUP Yoga for the first time! It's proximity to Banff makes this a great place to gather for a SUP Yoga class or take a SUP Safety course with me!

A smaller 1.4 km long, alpine lake fed by the Wenkchemna Glacier, offering gorgeous views of the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Snow capped mountains, crystal clear, intensely blue turquoise waters.

A magical location to explore with breathtaking scenery. The perfect setting to try SUP Yoga for the first time or for the experienced yogi take their practice to the water in this beautiful setting.

A pristine mountain lake with turquoise waters, wildlife & stunning mountain backdrops. Winds can make show up unexpectedly however calms days are breath taking.

Paddle Boarding is a relatively easy sport, accessible to all ages & fitness levels. However, before every tour or yoga class, I review equipment, stroke & safety precautions before we head out on the water!

Known for it's iconic beauty, Vermillion Lakes wetlands is the perfect spot for learning to paddle board or to try SUP Yoga. It's warm waters are calm with an abundance of wildlife & amazing sunsets.
