Recovery is the hidden gem for performance of any kind. My restorative yoga sessions provide post workout recovery & rest day mobility! Yoga improves flexibility & helps to return the nervous system back to baseline after an intense competition whether you play sports or work in an industry that is both physically or mentally demanding. Stand Up Paddle Boarding
SUP became very popular this year, however, my passion goes FAR beyond a trend. It is where I go to find peace, practice self-care, connect with nature & acquire essential vitamin D! Now that winter is coming, I've designed an online Yoga inspired, Fitness program to bring together the SUP community! Specifically for those who love Stand Up Paddle Boarding & want to gain the necessary strength, balance & mobility to enhance their SUP experience in 2021!
Trauma-Informed Yoga sessions can help those who feel powerless, hopeless, helpless & who sacrifice their own health &
happiness to care for others. For abuse victims & those with C-PTSD symptoms, Yoga can help balance the autonomic nervous system by activating PNS for relief & management.
Trauma & PTSD
Trauma is complex & overwhelms the capacity to cope. Yoga empowers trauma survivors with awareness & provides tools to change trauma response, relieving symptoms. My Hatha Yoga sessions are trauma-informed & ideal for First Responders or anyone who has had to cope to with a horrific event, loss of a loved one or any other life circumstance that has affected your well-being.
