Stand Up Paddle Boarding
The SUP trend & Covid brought me to stand up paddle boarding in 2020. However, now that I've discovered it, my passion goes FAR beyond a trend. It is where I go to find peace, practice self-care, connect with nature, breath fresh air & acquire essential vitamin D! I do all this while practicing Yoga in the mountains. I also enjoy other passions such as photography & camping. I even laugh at myself as I explore poses on my board or sleep in my jeep to catch the sunrise!
Sup Yoga can look intimidating (hello, Instagram Yogis and Sup Yogis!!). As a yoga teacher and sup yoga pioneer, I have heard time and again, “ I can’t even do yoga on land, why would I do it on a paddleboard?
